frequency's range from minimum to maximum value:
1. 535.73 Hz
2. 783.2 Hz
3. 1.1377 kHz
5. 1.3978 kHz
Since we are only focusing on the siren's frequency of ambulance and fire truck, the values of minimum to maximum above are enough to detect the siren's frequency.
The value of siren's frequency of rescue vehicles are stated in 'sensors' part.

if the rfid cannot the the card from the rescue vehicles, the output will display 'cars' and the emergency system will not functioning.
if the rfid detects the the card from the rescue vehicles, the output will display 'ambulance' and the emergency system will functioning.
